Now: These glasses are everywhere, and I’m not just talking about in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Every. Where. One could say that they are a bit over-exposed, BUT when Jay-Z is wearing them, you have to keep your mouth shut—the man can do no wrong. When a pair of glasses can seamlessly go from nerdy 1950s to HOVA status, that says quite a lot. I will ignore the fact that they sell similar frames at Walgreens.
